Will servicing my MINI here affect the factory warranty?
No. You can have maintenance done at any qualified independent shop. We follow the factory schedule, use OEM parts and fluids, and document every visit. Every maintenance and repair visit is also reported to CARFAX, so your service history stays complete for resale, just like a dealer.
My MINI makes a rattle on cold start. Is that serious?
It can be a sign of timing chain wear, which should be checked before it causes engine damage. Bring it in and we will diagnose it.
