Classic Muscle Detailing
Classic Car and Truck Detailing in Maine
Classic paint is not modern clear coat. Lacquer, single stage enamel and older resprays are thinner and less forgiving, so we take a preservation first approach: correct only what the paint can safely give up, use finish safe products, and protect it for how you use the car, whether it is a weekend driver, a show car or part of a collection.

What we do for classic paint and interiors
Assessment first
We start with an inspection and, where it makes sense, a small test section so you know what is realistic before any real polishing begins.
Preservation first correction
Careful machine polishing for lacquer, single stage and aged paint, focused on gloss and clarity without taking more paint than necessary. Billed at $107 per hour with a free estimate.
Protection
Sealant or Opti-Coat ceramic coating matched to how the car is used. Opti-Coat warranties only cover newer vehicles, but classics still benefit from the protection and easier washing.
Interiors and trim
Careful cleaning of original vinyl, leather and carpet, plus chrome, glass and trim, using products safe for older materials.

Why classic owners bring their cars here
- Your car stays indoors in our heated, secure shop the entire time it is here
- We understand classics mechanically too, so detailing and mechanical work can happen in one visit
- Winter is a great time to have it done, while the car is off the road anyway
