Paint Correction — Craft-Led Finish Restoration

Our correction is a controlled, test-proven process that protects the finish while reopening clarity. We balance results with longevity rather than chasing every last deep scratch.

  1. Decon — Citrus pre-wash, hand wash, iron/tar removal, clay as needed.
  2. Mask & Inspect — Tape edges/trim/emblems; inspect under varied lighting to identify repaints, previous work, and sensitive zones.
  3. Test Section — Establish pad/liquid/machine combo and achievable target for your paint system (OEM, single-stage, or respray).
  4. Cut → Polish → Refine — Wool/microfiber for removal, foam for refinement; long-throw DA/rotary/forced-rotation as appropriate.
  5. Panel Prep — Solvent wipe removes residues prior to protection or coating.

Detailing FAQ

Do coatings fix scratches?
No—coatings preserve what’s on the surface. We correct defects first, then coat to lock in clarity.
Is one-step polishing enough?
For newer or well-kept paint, 1-Step is often ideal. For heavier defects, multi-step correction is recommended.
How do you protect thin or repainted areas?
We inspect under varied lighting, limit passes, switch pad/liquid combos, and adjust targets to protect the finish.
What maintenance keeps results looking new?
Coating-safe hand washes, periodic decon, careful drying, and avoiding harsh chemicals. We offer plans to keep performance high.
